Scrum Master (with Danish language) - Denmark

FFW is looking for a Scrum Master to work with our team in Denmark.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record of experience in a similar role, is motivated, self-started, with a positive attitude.

Our potential Friend From Work (FFW) is fluent in Danish and brings a strong skill set in prioritizing work & the ability to guide the team to sprint goal completion.

Persistence, attention to detail and resilience are qualities we admire in this role. You should be familiar with systems thinking, well versed in expressing business requirements, and capable of writing a specification that captures business intent without unnecessary constraints on the implementation choices that the development team will make. You will serve as a fire break between shifting priorities and committed work in progress.

What awaits you:

• Scrum events facilitation (DSU, refinements, sizing, retrospectives, Jira management), helping POs / PAs with other facilitation;
• Team management: removing blockers, escalating blockers and concerns, team coordination;
• Team Jira and Confluence: administration, maintenance, board and filters maintenance;
• Helping with Sprint review Deck prep;
• Helping with Onboarding new team members;
• Team Jira reports;
• Cross-team collaboration;
• Sharing Agile best practices;
• Be aware of morale across the team;
• Bring joy to the day;
• Health check Surveys with the Teams (quarterly);
• Agile Measurement Framework surveys.

What you bring:

• Relevant experience as an information technology professional in roles such as a software developer, technical project manager, systems administrator, database administrator, systems engineer, computer engineer or support specialist, engineering lead, technical team lead;
• Proven experience as a scrum master or similar position, working with functional/technical teams of contract or colleague resources;
• Have demonstrated ability and experience in technology solutions delivery with demonstrated capabilities managing large scale, enterprise software requirements definition, designs and implementations in global environments;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships, influence outcomes, and deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences;
• Excellent skills in planning, analysis, oral and written communication, consensus building, facilitation, negotiation, and the ability to readily learn a new business area;
• Proven capability leading projects in an Agile/DevOps environment;
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
• Fluency in Danish (mandatory);
