Senior Digital Designer

Are you a passionate creative who can build brands in the digital space?

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to create digital concepts and bring brands to life through vivid visuals and cohesive storytelling.

You will be part of our Experience team working closely together with brand and digital designers,
CX consultants, data experts and teams of strong-technology-backbone people. We have a European team mindset, but, nonetheless, you will work with global brands in an international environment with colleagues across Europe in Berlin, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Strasbourg and the UK.

This role can be 100% remote in Europe but ideally one of the following countries - France

Your competences and strong personality should contribute to:

• Designing and directing the visual solution in digital projects along with your team

• The senior role that is hands-on in the projects, meaning you should be able to both advise and create during concept stages as well as detailed implementation and finalisations

• Support sales in pitches and presentations

• Mentor, support and inspire junior designers

• Work in close collaboration with your colleagues who work with adjoining disciplines such as CX research, service design, business design and technology

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with digital design creation as well as experience with collaborating with the adjoining disciplines and junior designers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is a must

• A vast understanding of the full user journey and digital touchpoints

• Experience and interest in scoping, planning, and leading UI activities within digital projects from initial requirements to concept, interaction design and development

• A toolbox that consists of, but is not limited to, designing and prototyping in Figma, InVision and Sketch. This goes hand in hand with a deep understanding of dominant design systems and UI patterns.

• The personality of a strong facilitator and presenter of your work that makes you able to build trust and confidence with the client no matter their starting point

• A calm personality that is resilient when it comes to professional challenges

• An interest in being a senior profile with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
