About the Position:

FFW is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project teams in the creation of one-of-a-kind experiences at the intersection of data, technology, and experience. When delivering services to our clients in experience design and development engagements, you will guarantee that your solutions are thoughtful. You’re an obsessed champion of the customer, with an insatiable drive to understand their motivations, behaviors, and how you can successfully balance their requirements and business goals.

You believe that the best experiences are created with collaboration and respect for the technology used to deliver world-class experiences. You can look at a problem, unpack it, and help find a way to make it better. You’re a creative problem-solver inspired by emerging trends, technologies, and customer experience while remaining focused on the practical needs of today’s brands.

As a Senior Project Manager at FFW, you will lead the activities for the discovery, design, planning, scheduling, development, testing, and deployment. These serve as the focal point of communication for both internal and external stakeholders. You are expected to be passionate, smart, highly focused, and a dedicated team player who can be the frontline of delivery excellence to our customers.

Senior PM’s are involved early in customer acquisition through the entire customer lifecycle. An effective Senior Project Manager at FFW will deliver projects on schedule and within budget while ensuring the client’s success. This can be broken down into three core responsibilities: Client Success, FFW Success, and Team Success.

Responsibilities

Client Success

Our most difficult and complex projects are entrusted to Senior Project Managers. Senior project managers are in charge of ensuring that the initiatives they oversee are healthy and successful. Senior project managers use a combination of consulting, oversight, hands-on leadership, and team leadership to surpass client expectations and keep projects on schedule/budget/scope. Senior PMs also are critical in supporting the Account Managers' long-term health and growth of assigned accounts. Senior PMs are expected to be independent and capable of evaluating project health, identifying project risks, managing escalated situations, developing mitigation plans, developing communication plans, articulating issues to higher leadership, and then successfully executing mitigation plans.

FFW Success

Senior Project Managers are responsible for managing their projects in order to help achieve FFW’s revenue and profitability goals. The primary drivers for achieving this are successfully delivered projects on budget and high utilization of staff. Senior PMs are responsible for effectively managing their engagement budgets to minimize overages, maximize revenue, keep assigned staff highly utilized, and assist the Account Management team in the growth and expansion of assigned accounts.

Team Success

While the HR management for individuals at FFW is the responsibility of the Program Managers the Senior Project Managers have a front-line, hands-on role in individuals' success. The Senior PMs are responsible for the effective assignment and day-to-day execution of each team member assigned to their projects. This includes Developers, QA Engineers, Experience Designers, Analytics Engineers, and Solutions team members. The Senior PM is responsible for a highly functional, smoothly operating team all working towards success.
