FFW is hiring a Journey Orchestration Configuration Analyst to work with its partner, a major US company from the pharma industry.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience in a similar role, is motivated, self-started, with a positive attitude.


This is a contract, but permanent position, 100% remote (from Europe), full-time.


In this role, our future colleague will be supporting our client`s Orchestration platform. Tasks would include working with Scrum Developer Team, meeting regularly with the Marketing Operations Team that uses the Thunderhead Tool, working with the Business Requirements Analyst to ensure Thunderhead is configured as they need, committing configuration in the application. This role will work with development teams in a hands-on capacity responsible for researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. Take ownership of reported issues and see problems through to resolution. Emphasis is placed on building and maintaining monitoring solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues.


What awaits you:


  • Work with Marketing Business Analysts to ensure requirements are configured in Thunderhead systems as defined. Tasks would include updating JSON files in GITHUB repository, navigating the Thunderhead online application, working with the Marketing Team to ensure their campaigns are working in the Thunderhead system as needed;
  • Provide long-term solutions to automate, minimizing work effort, and reducing human touchpoints;
  • Proactively work with developers and stakeholders to build new monitoring and quality checks for the platform;
  • Manage the installation and upkeep of the Thunderhead configuration, while ensuring that everything is working and is properly configured;
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time;
  • Write processing documentation.


What you bring:


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Familiarity with JSON files and GITHUB;
  • Familiarity with API testing and automation tools including Postman;
  • Experience submitting bugs and change request requirements to Developers;
  • Strong written and spoken English;
  • Experience writing test plans;
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and/or System configuration;
  • Excellent ability with relational and NoSQL database concepts;
  • Familiarity with automated API testing, data integrity tests, performance tests concepts.
