Can you plan and execute a successful project?

Our Arendy Program is growing and we are for someone to join this highly motivated, dedicated and dynamic team. If you are someone who thrives in technical environments and live to manage complex Web development projects this is your position. As a Project Manager, you will play an active role in the project success from the initial project planning to the planned launch.

You will be part of our service delivery team, but work closely together with our other departments across the business.

Team Arendy (the name is a reference to their R&D work approach), was derived from the willingness of the team to explore and introduce new technologies to our everyday work at FFW. Specialized in decoupled solutions - Headless Drupal, by using the power of Drupal for content management and decoupled frontend carried out mainly by using a React Framework for the frontend. This creative and innovative team also introduced React Native for building our first native iOS and Android application, as well as a web application based on it.

What awaits you:

• You are responsible for project planning and take full ownership over the project discovery, design, production, delivery and launch
• You will lead the effort estimation process, guide the Sprints /Project planning, keep the project monitoring and control to ensure all requirements and acceptance criteria are defined and understood by the full team
• You will ensure that project implementation remains within the planned scope, time frame and budget
• Identify project risks, plan their mitigation and synchronise these activities with all parties involved
• Make sure there is a good internal and external collaboration between all teams involved

What you bring:

• Previous experience as Project Manager, ideally in a digital agency environment
• Excellent comprehension skills that help you quickly grasp complex interrelationships and to prepare goal-oriented, efficient and motivating solutions
• Outstanding moderation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An excellent level of English and French, both at or near native language level (both written and spoken)
• Academic background and project management certifications are considered a plus, but we favour demonstrable, practical experience
