As a Solutions Architect you’re holding an essential role building Drupal based digital projects. You're mainly responsible for assisting our Sales Team regarding pre-sales activities, consult with active and potential clients, architect future-proof digital solutions, coordinate with external and internal teams and liaise with delivery teams. You will be part of an exciting journey along with the team that at the moment is rapidly growing.

We are open to candidates based in anywhere in Germany or fluent German speakers wishing to relocate - **Advanced/native level German both spoken and written (C1 / C2 level) is essential for this role**

What awaits you

• Estimate Drupal based solutions and assist the client with budgeting for their project whilst capturing assumptions, risks and mitigations for the solutions you design
• Prepare client proposals and tender responses describing the solutions, deliver client presentations and pitches and answer clients questions, providing explanations and insights when required
• Present up-sell and cross-selling opportunities to clients based on your knowledge of the clients’ challenges (domain and solutions available)
• Act as the most senior technical contact point for clients whilst facilitating communication between FFW teams (Creative, Delivery and Sales) and assist them to fully grasp the technical aspects of a project
• Help clients create future digital initiatives and plan their digital projects combining technical innovation and excellence
• Liaise with the delivery team to ensure a successful project is delivered on time and on budget and support them with on-boarding and client communications on technical issues as needed

What you bring

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, including experience with large scale Drupal projects and technical consulting
• Demonstrable understanding of a clients needs, objectives and design technical architectures for solutions to address those needs
• Vast technical understanding of CMS Drupal alongside other enterprise level systems such as e-commerce engines, product information systems, digital asset management systems, etc
• Natural interest in understanding the client’s digital journey
• Previous delivered digital project using several delivery methodologies (waterfall, lean, agile) and pricing models
• It will be considered an advantage to have good technical understanding of leading cloud providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) and be comfortable defining a solution using architectural design principles based on customer requirements
• Excellent German & English skills both spoken and written (C1 / C2 level) are essential for this role
